Christmas Eve (with the old camera)

We had a blizzard warning for the first time that I ever remember. It was SO windy all night long. I was glad to make it home before the worst of it started!

Sam got the same thing for his first Christmas that Kate got for hers: a sippy cup (to use in a few months), some cloth diapers, and some small books/toys.

Kate got a new "big girl" bike. It is a cross between a tricycle and a hot wheels.

Speaking of "big girl", Kate started potty training this past week! That is our latest adventure. I think she is doing really well. It has been nice to have been off of work for Christmas break and "snowed in" so that she can get lots of practice in at home!

Visitors!

Grandmom and Grandpa R. came over this past weekend. Molly and Megan came, too, but I didn't get any pics to post of them. (Photos with the new camera.)

Funny story: Kate was so excited to show Grandmom and Grandpa that she could go to the potty like a big girl that she would carry her potty chair out in to the living room so that everyone could her go "tinkles in the potty!"

Can you tell a difference between the cameras? I can, and I hope you can, too. Maybe I will have more fun taking and sharing pictures, now!
