Vacation!

We had a great time last week in Capon Springs, West Virginia. My mom has been going there ever since she was a little girl, and my grandparents introduced the rest of us to it a few years back. Now, Jared, Kate, and I went for a week with my parents and sisters. We loaded up the v-dub and drove about 2,500 miles, round trip. While we were there, Jared got to play a lot of golf, and we also did some running, swimming, hiking, shuffleboarding, reading, and napping. I even ran in the 1 mile race, which I figured was my first timed mile in 10 and 1/2 years! (8:13, not terrible, but lots of room to improve!) Here is the first round of pictures, mostly of Kate, from my camera. I will have more of everyone else to post when my sister and mom send me theirs. We are thankful to have had a fun and relaxing week!

Kate loved "driving" the golf cart! She is so close to standing and walking on her own, too!
