This past month, Kate had her check-up with Dr. Gupta, the pediatric orthopedic specialist, and with Dr. Belzer, the pediatrician. Both went very well, thankfully!
Kate's hip x-ray was normal and she does not have to visit Dr. Gupta again for 6 months. Yay!
She did well with her shots at Dr. Belzer's. She weighed in at 17 lb. 5 oz. and 29 and 1/4 in. long. Dr. Belzer said that is around the 5th percentile for weight and around average for length. She did gain 2 lbs. in the past 3 months, though! You might not know it by looking at her, but this girl eats a lot! :)

Glad to know the both check-ups went well for all of you. And glad to know that Kate is getting bigger and bigger! Soon she will be walking and running everywhere. She is just so cute. Keep the photos and updates coming! Give her a hug and kiss from Aunt Barbara and Uncle Michael in Pittsburgh!
Yeah for good check ups, that is always such a relief. We will be thinking of you this weekend!
