I think my life will always be thought of in terms of semesters. It is the end of one here, and we've been just trying to hold on to our hats! We had a lot of new things going on this fall - preschool for the kids, a class for me, and more work hours for me - which I love and which conveniently helped to finance everyone's additional schooling :) What I had thought was going to be an insane schedule, wasn't, at least not all the time. There were those weeks, though... I started drinking coffee, if that is any indication!
Anyways, all this to say that we have been in survival mode recently with finals and the holidays upon us. I am going to (gasp!) break from tradition and not send Christmas cards this year. It makes me a little sad, because I really do like sending Christmas cards. I don't plan on this being a permanent thing, so please, don't strike us from your Christmas card list! The kids love looking at the ones that come in the mail. Thought I would give everyone a heads up, though. This year, I will likely only be sending cards to the Grandmas who probably don't read this blog... I hope you all understand!
For those that are curious, I took chemistry this semester. Rather than spend time getting my master's degree in education, I may head a different direction, into the dental or medical field. This would be a few years off, but I am working on refreshing my science credits (as required), a class at a time for now. What ends up happening, time will tell. Coming up next: microbiology!
I don't have a ton of pictures, but I do have a few more from November and Kate's Christmas program, as well as a few others. So, now that my exams are over, I hope to rest and catch up on some things, like blogging. Stay tuned!
