Winter

Wow, January has come and nearly gone. We spent a lot of time inside this past month!

Kate: talking more than ever. She says the funniest things and talks mostly in sentences now. She remembers songs and prayers. She still plays hard; she loves to do just about anything from running, jumping, and climbing, to dancing, to reading books and doing art projects, to playing pretend with her baby dolls and kitchen. She loves seeing our friends at church 4 days a week and I think they love her too.

Sam: growing so strong! His two bottom teeth started to come through last week. He is close to sitting on his own, but not there yet. Sam doesn't like tummy time that much - he'd rather stand (in his exersaucer or with someone holding him up) and bounce. I try to lay him down though because I don't want him to skip crawling and go right to walking!! Sam loves attention and will smile at anyone who will talk to him. I think he is the happiest baby I have ever seen.

Comparing arms... Whose is fatter?!!

She got a PINK balloon after church today!

"Let me out of here!"  He grips the bar and pull himself forwards... I think he's about done with the bouncy seat!

and just for kicks... who do YOU think he looks like?

We don't know, so please tell us!

He looks just like your Dad when he was that age! I think I mentioned this to you before on another blog comment! I have photos and the two really look so much alike! And Dick was a HUGE baby - and a happy one.
